The backoffice is standard from the platform and supports the management and reporting operations.

The remaining interfaces can be implemented on-demand to the client specific needs, business rules and institucional design. 

Regarding the contents on the platform, they may be managed by the hotel/residence owners or integrate with external systems for automatic update.
